NOB- Telangana news: DGP Dr. Jitender IPS., launched the QR Code of Citizen posters at the DGP office, while the District SP participated along with senior police officers. The QR Code of Citizen posters, prepared by the Telangana State Government Police Department to know the performance of the police in the state and the opinions of the people on the police, were formally launched by DGP Dr. Jitender with the Police Commissioners and District SPs through video conference from the DGP office, Hyderabad 10.01.2025. After the victims went to the police stations to complain about their problems, the way the police personnel acted, complaints, passport verification, e-challan, FIR and other services were handled by the police personnel. The QR code was made available to collect the opinions of the people on the police personnel. These posters are being made clearly visible in the Police Commissioner’s office as well as in all police stations, circle inspector and ACP offices. Speaking on the occasion, the SP said that a QR Code of Citizen poster will be made available in the district police office, sub-division offices, circle offices and all police stations, and it is suggested that people should give suggestions and suggestions on police services that are not being utilized.
