NOB- Tirupati news: The new TTD chairman’s effort to ensure that Tirumala Srivari Darshanam is completed within an hour has begun. They are ready to conduct a pilot study for a week. Artificial intelligence technology is being implemented from 19.12.2024. This technology will be piloted for a week. If it is successful, it will be approved in the Governing Council meeting to be held on the 24th of December 2024. To have darshan within an hour, first their Aadhaar card number and face recognition receipt will be given. In it, they will be given a token indicating the time of Srivari Darshan. Visitors who take this token will be sent to the queue line after scanning at the face recognition entrance as soon as they reach the Vaikuntam Queue Complex at the time indicated to them. The darshan of the Lord will be completed within an hour. About 45 counters are being set up for the issuance of these tokens. AI technology will be implemented on Tirumala hill without the need for staff. Four foreign companies are showing interest in providing AI software for the implementation of this system. Arrangements have been made through them. If this system is successful, it will also be very beneficial for the devotees. However, apart from maintaining the queues the more VIPs are controlled the more likely it is that the devotees will get proper services.
