NOB-Hyderabad news:  Tejas is a fighter aircraft developed in India. It was further modernized and designed into the Tejas-MK 1A version.Now a brand new combat aircraft has made its first full successful flight. Now this fighter has joined in the Indian Air Force. Gagana Vihara satisfactorily set up all the astrasha strata in Bangalore on 29.03.2024. The Aeronautical Development Agency, a subsidiary of the Indian Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), has designed this fighter jet. The Tejas MK1A fighter jets are manufactured by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, a public sector company. Trials of Tejas fighter jets have been conducted several times over the past few years. On 29.03.2024 the  flight lasted for 18 minutes. The flight was piloted by retired Group Captain KK Venugopal. Soon there are possibilities of supplying these aircraft on commercial basis.
