NOB- Manipur news: Tensions have flared up again in Manipur. Kanan Singh, the leader of the volunteer group Arambai Tengol belonging to the Meiti tribe, was arrested by the police in Imphal on 07.06.2025. This led to a large number of Meiti youth taking to the streets to protest and vandalizing shops. In the wake of these tensions, the government has suspended internet services in five districts for five days.
