The Central Government has now withdrawn the Roshni Act Bill in Jammu and Kashmir
Imagine till now no news channel or newspaper has written about the Roshni Act, the common people do not even know that there is such a bill, they have managed it without knowing it. With the influence of Facebook and WhatsApp we came to know about Farooq Abdullah, Mufti Mohammad Saeed, Ghulam Nabi Azad and Kashmiri bureaucrats.
Roshni Act is an atrocity, a fraud done by Farooq Abdullah, in terms of law, property was given to Muslims as a loan, houses, shops, gardens, function halls, cinema halls, everything was in 1990 after evicting the Kashmiri Hindus. In this Congress party was also involved from the then central rule. So Farooq Abdullah, who was the then Chief Minister, signed the Jammu and Kashmir Roshni Act and implemented it. Lands, Farms, Shops, Houses all properties of Hindu can be registered in Muslim name for just 101 Rupees (USD 1.30 Dollars).
All the Hindus who left Kashmir (they were not killed by Pakistani Muslims but by fellow Muslims). They killed those who had breakfast, lunch and dinner together. That too, from generation to generation, all such people have killed regardless of age. After that disaster the fugitives fled and were killed and Kashmir was empty without Hindus, the Muslims with the help of Farooq Abdullah looted all the property of the Hindus according to some rules.
Due to the lack of electricity, it was dark all around Hindu properties on the pretext that it was a danger to the Muslims next door. The Roshni Act Bill was passed with the slogan ‘Roshni (light) should come Power (Current) should come’ as a matter of urgency. Congress comrades, Farooq Abdullah, Mufti Mohammad Saeed, Mehbooba Mufti and others are part of it.
The trick is that after killing more than 3,00,000 Hindus, after raping them and not driving them out, after 6 months in 1990, they took their bags, luggage, other properties including buildings, farms, offices and shops. Couldn’t pay the current bills, fearing what will happen if the return comes Seeing that this is the case, the Jammu and Kashmir government has cut the current connections to all the reason why the bills have not been paid.
The surprising thing is that the left media never informed us about the Roshni Act till now. It was only with the advent of social media that we came to know about the atrocities Congress has committed with the help of its allies on Hindus.
The same thing happened in Europe, Nazis did it to Jews, here Muslims did it to Hindus, there is no difference. Farooq Abdullah said while passing the bill in the assembly. As per Roshni Act any Muslim can apply for Kashmiri Hindu assets by paying just Rs 101 Through this, the current bill is first generated in the name of the Muslim and after a few years the ownership is also transferred when the Muslim grows up. Mehbooba Mufti, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Kashmiri bureaucrats can be made to take appropriate action. More than 10000 Hindus were killed and more than 3,00,000 Hindus were expelled from Kashmir from their motherland.
