NOB- New Delhi news: It is requested from Government of India, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Pharmaceuticals that, all medical associations should set up a dedicated UCPMP portal on their website and implement its code. It is also requested to constitute an Ethics Committee for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices (ECPMP). There are various categories in implementing the code which were provided in details in the attached downloadable pdf file with file number F.No.3 1026/23/2022-Policy.
