
NOB- Rangareddy news: WhatsApp treatment that left the parents, who were happy to have a child after seven years of marriage, in mourning. The treatment went wrong when a nurse who came to the hospital was instructed to treat a pregnant woman by a doctor who was elsewhere via WhatsApp video call. Incident in Ibrahimpatnam constituency center of Rangareddy district. Butti Ganesh and Keerthi, from Elminedu village of Ibrahimpatnam mandal, were married seven years ago but after not having a child, the couple sought treatment from DR. Anusha Reddy at Vijayalakshmi Hospital in Ibrahimpatnam. In this process, Keerthi, who was five months pregnant, felt pain and was brought to the same hospital by her family members. Since the doctor was not available at that time the nurse gave injections to the pregnant woman as per the instructions given via WhatsApp video call by doctor. Two male babies died due to this treatment. The hospital management later demanded that the victims pay Rs. 30 thousand for the treatment. The twins died due to your negligence. Moreover, hospital is asking victims to pay the money. The family members and relatives of the victims protested at the hospital. They have already spent up to Rs. 15 lakh for the child. The family members lamented that this atrocity happened due to the doctor’s negligence.The District Medical Officer Venkateswara Rao came to the hospital and found out the details and sealed the hospital.
