NOB- Uttar Pradesh news: Recently, a similar incident took place in Nagla Himachal village of Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh. A woman named Lalita killed her husband Rushi Kumar along with her lover Neeresh. In the same state, a woman named Karishma was found with her lover in Dan Bahadur Deeh village. Her husband immediately got her married to her lover.
Extramarital affair with her aunt’s son: According to the police, Rushi Kumar, 30, from Nagla Himachal village, is a truck driver. Rishi married Lalita two years ago. Lalita used to visit her aunt’s house often. Rushi’s aunt herself married her aunt’s father Saudan Singh. Niresh is the son of Saudan Singh. Niresh is the cousin brother (uncle’s son) of Rishi. Niresh got close to Lalita while he was commuting to his aunt’s house. Rishi used to go to Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata for many days for his driving job. Taking advantage of this period, Niresh and Lalita started an extramarital affair. Lalita told Niresh many times that if he got Rishi out of the way, they would live happily together. Niresh also agreed to this.
Husband and wife quarrel and murder on the night of the wedding: Niresh’s brother Bablu fixed the wedding on 2025 June 17th. Rishi and Lalita reached the village where Babai Saudan Singh lived 10 to 12 days in advance for this wedding. Finally, Bablu’s wedding took place last 17.06.2025. That same night, there was a heated argument and fight between Rushi and Lalitha over the illicit relationship. Lalita, who was furious, immediately reached her lover Neeresh’s house and asked him to kill Rushi on 17.06.2025 if he got the chance. With this, Neeresh promised Lalita that he would kill Rushi anyhow.
Neeresh said that if he killed Rushi, let’s run away together: Neeresh greeted Rushi by saying that he would drink alcohol. Believing those words, Rushi followed Neeresh out of the house. Neeresh already had a pistol ready inside his shirt. On 18.06.2025 at 1 am, Neeresh opened fire on Rushi. Rushi died on the spot. Immediately, Neeresh went to Lalita and told her that he had killed Rushi. He said that the two of them could run away together. On the other hand, all the people in the surrounding area woke up to the sound of gunfire. Lalita pretended not to know everything.
Lalita, who misled the police: Lalitha told the police that she suspected a man from the village in connection with the murder of her husband Rushi. When the police questioned that man, it was found that there was no link to the murder. This increased the suspicion of the police on Lalita. The police investigation team led by Rural SP Amrit Jain examined the technical evidence, call records, the situation at the crime scene, and Lalita’s behavior and found out the truth. When the police detained Lalita and interrogated her, it was revealed that her lover Neeresh was the murderer. Rural SP Amrit Jain revealed that Lalita had her husband killed by Neeresh because of an extramarital affair. He said that the pistol (315 bore), one live cartridge, and one empty cartridge used for the murder were recovered from Neeresh’s house.
