NOB- Gadwala news: A woman stormed the collectorate with a can of insecticide demanding that the revenue authorities have recorded her land as government land. The police stopped her. Going into details, Gokari B of Ramapuram, Vaddepalli mandal of Jogulamba Gadwala district has eram land with survey number 416. However, the authorities recorded it as government land. She expressed her concern that her land was wrongly written as government land by the authorities and no matter how many times she went around the offices of Tehsildar and Additional Collector to change it in her name, they did not care. On 04.03.2024, she tried to drink insecticide in front of the Additional Revenue Collector’s office in the premises of the Collector’s office, seeking to get her land registered in her name. The police stopped her. Officials said that justice will be done to the victim.
