RSD-Hyderabad news: The State High Court has said that there should be no gender discrimination in places of worship and that all men and women are equal before God. In a series of judgments passed by judicial seats allowing women to enter Shani Singanapur, Haji Ali Dargah and Sabarimala Temple, the State High Court has issued a sensational verdict regarding Muslim women. It issued an interim order on 11.12.2023 directing the Waqf Board to allow women in mosques, congregations and prayer halls. It opined that women are not less than men. It questioned how a woman can be less than a man. It is clear that all men and women are equal before God and God has no gender discrimination. If a woman is considered to be less than a man, the court told that the mother who gave birth is also a woman, how can the mother be less than us. It has been clarified that women can freely go to places of worship and offer prayers except on certain days. To this extent, High Court judge Justice Nagesh Bhima Paka issued orders on 11.12.2023.
