NOB- Mahabubabad news: Kuravi police caught 106 kg of banned ganja worth Rs. 53 lakhs being transported through the Kuravi mandal center of Mahabubabad district on 13.04.2025. Mahabubabad DSP disclosed the details at a media conference at Kuravi Police Station. He said that based on information that four people from Orissa were transporting ganja in a car from the outskirts of the mandal center to Hyderabad, they chased and caught the car. He said that 106 kg of ganja was seized in the car, which is worth about Rs. 53 lakh 28 thousand. The DSP said that four people who were transporting ganja were caught and arrested and a vehicle and 05 cell phones were seized. District SP Sudhir Ramnath Kekan IPS and DSP Tirupati Rao congratulated the staff of Kuravi Police Station.
