NOB- Delhi news: The Union Health Department has revealed that 841 new corona cases have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours. With this, active cases have reached 4,309. It is noteworthy that this is the highest in the last 227 days.
The Union Health Ministry has revealed that 841 new Covid cases have been reported from 30.12.2023 morning to 31.12.2023 morning. A total of three people have died due to the virus in the last 24 hours (till 8 am on 31.12.2023). Officials said that one each died in Kerala, Karnataka and Bihar. Officials revealed that till December 5th 2023, the number of daily Covid cases in the country would have been limited to double digits, but due to the spread of new variant JN.1 and the winter season, the number of Covid cases is currently increasing exponentially.
