Collector Ashish Sangwan Directs Officials to Make Elaborate Arrangements

NOB_KAMAREDDY: Collector Ashish Sangwan has directed officials to make foolproof arrangements for Panchayat Raj Minister Seethakka’s review meeting scheduled to be held in Kamareddy on Monday, September 28.

The Collector held a special preparatory meeting with concerned officials on Friday at the Collectorate.

Minister Seethakka will review the progress of various departments with officials from the erstwhile Nizamabad, Karimnagar and Adilabad districts.

The Collector instructed officials to work in coordination to complete venue arrangements, prepare department-wise comprehensive reports, and ensure all other logistical facilities are in place well in advance without any lapses.

He asked officials to prepare detailed reports covering development works taken up, their progress, pending issues and targets achieved.

He also said that in view of the Minister’s visit, the Prajavani program has been shifted to Room No. 25.

Additional Collector N.Y. Giri, ZP CEO Chander, DRDO Damodar Reddy, DRO Pandu, AO Masood Haimad and officials of various departments attended the meeting.
