NOB-Hyderabad news: Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka said that his government is taking strict measures to stop substandard seeds and fake seeds. They said that their government will not ignore any seed trader who causes loss to the farmer.He said that all steps are being taken to achieve progress in quality seed production. Bhatti Vikramarka said that a new seed system will be introduced soon. Bhatti Vikramarka announced in the Legislative Assembly that guidelines are being prepared to provide farmer insurance support to tenant farmers in the state. This matter was mentioned in the vote on account budget. Revision of Rythubandhu rules and genuine deserving ones under Rythu Bharosa .He said that we are determined to provide Rs.15 thousand. In the same way, based on the Prime Minister’s Fasal Bhima Yojana program, the crop insurance scheme is going to be firmly implemented in the state. Steps are being taken to implement Rythu Bima scheme for tenant farmers as well. He said that necessary guidelines are being prepared for that.

Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Bhatti Vikramarka made a key announcement on farmers’ loan waiver. On the occasion of introducing the vote on account budget in the Legislative Assembly, Bhatti spoke on the farmer loan waiver. He said that the farmer loan waiver scheme is going to be implemented as promised to the people before the elections. It was clarified that there will be action on the loan waiver of Rs. 2 lakhs soon. We are making procedures for that. He said that support price will also be provided for each cropCongress for implementation of six guarantees Rs. 53,196 crore has been proposed. He said that this allotment was done only as per a preliminary estimate. Vikramarka said that as the work of formulating the procedures related to the guarantees is still going on, we will allocate the full funds required for implementation as soon as it is completed.

Bhatti Vikramarka said that they are going to provide 200 units of electricity free of cost to eligible families in the state under the Griha Jyoti scheme. He said that the Minister has already decided to implement this scheme. He said that necessary steps will be taken for its implementation. The budget for the implementation of this scheme is Rs. 2,418 crore has been allocated. And for Transco and Discom in the state Bhatti said that Rs.16,825 crores is proposed. Bhatti made it clear that his government is committed to provide 24-hour quality electricity to the farmers of the state.
