NOB-Palnadu news: Panchayat Raj AE PVR Satyanarayana caught red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs.24,000. Satyanarayana had previously worked as a Panchayat Raj AE in Piduguralla. The Panchayat Raj AE, PVL Satyanarayana, demanded a bribe for the payment of CC road bills. The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) apprehended an Assistant Engineer (AE) who demanded a bribe for processing bills related to works undertaken in the mandal. Satyanarayana, an AE working at the Chilakaluripet Mandal Parishad office in Palnadu district of Andhra Pradesh, was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 09.02.2026 while accepting a bribe of Rs. 24,000. A case has been registered against him, he has been arrested, and produced before the court. ACB officials urged the public to report to the ACB if any government employee demands bribes in violation of government service rules.
