
NOB- Shadnagar news: Shadnagar town police have arrested two members of a gang who tried to acquire land with fake documents by making a living person look dead and acquiring land with fake documents. One of them is absconding, according to the Shadnagar town police. According to the details given by the Shadnagar town police, the complainant, Kiran Tiwari from Bihar, along with her husband Deepak Tiwari and son, lives in RTC Colony in Shadnagar town and works in a factory. In 2013, they purchased plot number 1297 measuring 133 yards in Building Block Project India Limited Venture at survey numbers 115, 117, 118 on the outskirts of Kammadanam village. It was said that two persons named Gopal Gopeshwar of Hyderabad created a false death certificate stating that the buyer Kiran Tiwari was dead, Kiran Tiwari’s husband Deepak Tiwari was the heir to the properties, created a false legal heir certificate, and took the receipt of the online application for the missing link document in MeSeva service, and with the help of that receipt, a person named Ashok@Tillu was used as an alias for Kiran Tiwari’s husband Deepak Tiwari and registered the sale in the name of the first accused in this case Gopal, in the year 2021. The document writer Vijay, who led the Atty cell, Abdul Jaleel of Yakutpura, Charminar, Lingala Vijay of Bonagiri Palli village, Shabad mandal, Rangareddy district, and the then SRO Satish, who were the witnesses, expressed suspicion about the role of the complainant. The police said that an investigation is underway into their roles. It was also stated that the accused Gopal had registered the above plot in the name of a person named Gopeshwar belonging to his gang in the year 2022. When the complainant came to know that he was trying to call the property of the complainant Kiran Tiwari by creating a false document, she filed a complaint at the Shadnagar Police Station and a case was registered under Crime No. 541/2023 and Sections 419,420, 467, 468, 471 IPC in September 2023. The Circle Inspector of Police Vijay Kumar and Sub Inspector of Police Women Sushila, who took up the further investigation of the case, arrested the first accused Gopal on December 5, 2024 and took him into custody, and the third accused Gopeshwar was arrested on December 12, 2024 and sent to remand. The police department said that it would commend the police for their clever handling of the case and provide them with appropriate rewards through higher authorities.
