NOB- Alampur news: A serious road accident took place near Kodandapuram in Jogulamba Gadwal district. On 30.05.2025 morning, a lorry heading from Kurnool towards Hyderabad got stuck on National Highway No. 44 near Kodandapuram due to a technical fault. A car coming from behind hit the lorry hard. In this accident, Venkat Babji’s wife Sravani and daughter Sai Charitra, who were travelling in the car, died on the spot. Venkat Babji and his elder daughter Lakshmi Sasthra were injured. The injured were taken to a government hospital in a National Highway ambulance. All the victims were identified as residents of Hyderabad. Police reached the spot and are collecting information.
