NOB- Hyderabad news: It is learnt that Hyderabad City Police Commissioner CV Anand has warned that strict action will be taken against the staff even if civil panchayats are held in police stations even if cases are sidelined for money and settlements are made. He said that special surveillance has been put on every officer from the level of constable to ACPs working in the commissionerate. Recently, the Borabanda Police Station Inspector (SHO, DI) who not only faced allegations of negligence and corruption in the performance of duty but also spoke rudely to women policemen, and hence has been transferred. Orders were issued on 28.02.2025 transferring one to the traffic department and the other as a DI of another police station.
