NOB-Vizianagaram news: In Dasannapeta, located within the Vizianagaram district headquarters, a constable named Gada Suryanarayanamurthy (43) committed suicide. Serving as a constable with the 5th APSP Battalion, he is survived by his wife and two children. Deeply distressed by the death of his mother a week ago, Suryanarayana fell into a state of depression and had not even eaten for the past two days. Consequently, in the early hours of 23.03.2026 morning, he ended his life by hanging himself at his home in Babametta.
