NOB-Gujarat news: In a major operation, the Ahmedabad Crime Branch has detained 457 suspected infiltrators from the Chandola area, acting on intelligence inputs provided by the Minister of State for Home and the Director General of Police. This crackdown follows an earlier operation in which 127 Bangladeshi nationals were apprehended, with 70 of them already deported. Authorities revealed that a significant number of the detainees were found in possession of forged Indian identity documents. Police have launched an investigation to determine how these fake documents were obtained and who may have assisted in their creation.
