Subbarayudu IPS, who has already issued clear orders, said that strict action is being taken against online betting activities in Tirupati district and legal action will be taken against those involved in such irregularities. In this context, the police arrested three people who were running an online casino and cricket betting near Padmavati Park in Bairagipatteda, Tirupati town and seized Rs. 7,48,000 in cash, a laptop, 04 mobile phones and 04 Paytm QR code boxes from them. On the orders of the District SP, Tirupati East Police Station Inspector K. Srinivasulu, SIs O. Ramaswamy, G. Prasad and crime staff under the supervision of DSP M. Bhaktavatsalam took special action and arrested the accused. The accused are illegally earning money in the form of commission by luring innocent people through apps like YES.WIN.EXCHANGE and KING EXCHANGE and conducting casino and cricket betting.
