NOB-Anakapalli news:  Following the orders of District SP Tuhin Sinha, IPS, and Narsipatnam Sub-Division DSP P. Srinivasa Rao, ‘Visible Policing’ is being implemented more rigorously in the district. As part of this, surveillance is being intensified using drone cameras, and strict action is being taken against those involved in anti-social activities. Police conducted special drone surveillance in the Nathavaram, D. Yerravam, and Jilledipudi areas. Narsipatnam Rural CI L. Revathamma, Nathavaram SI Y. Tarakeswara Rao, and their staff conducted inspections in the outskirts of D. Yerravam with the help of a drone. Police took four people into custody who were caught drinking alcohol in public. Cases have been registered against them under the relevant sections. The District SP has instructed all police station officers to further increase the use of drones throughout the district. He advised them to maintain continuous drone surveillance on anti-social activities such as public drinking and gambling, and to use them daily to control crime. He warned that strict action would be taken against those who violate the rules.
