NOB- Dammannapet news: On 03.01.2026 at the Zilla Parishad High School in Dammannapet, a grand felicitation ceremony was held for women teachers on the occasion of Savitribai Phule’s birthday, informed the school’s headmaster, Mr. Boyanna Narayana.  First, a garland was offered to the portrait of Savitribai Phule, and subsequently, all the women teachers working in the school and those working in the primary school were felicitated. On this occasion, Narayana spoke about the importance of women’s power. He said that a woman is the light of the house. Similarly, since women constitute more than half of society, educating everyone will lead to rapid development of society.  Teachers Thaduri Sampath Kumar, Marepalli Raju, Gudikadi Komaraiah, women teachers Ajmeera Kavitha, Jadala Vijayashree, Model School Principal Srilatha, Kurdulingampally school teachers Padmavathi, Ganne Chandrakala, Dammannapet Primary School teacher Shailaja, and students participated in this program.
