NOB- Rangareddy news: The High Court has issued notices to the government in the Bhudan Land Case. A person named Mahesh filed a petition in the High Court alleging irregularities in the Bhudan lands of Nagaram, Maheshwaram mandal, Rangareddy district. Alleging that these lands were registered in benami names by several IAS and IPS officers, the state government, several IAS and IPS officers and their family members have been included as respondents. The High Court took up the hearing on this petition on 25.04.2025. The lawyer on behalf of the petitioner told the court that even after complaining to the government and the Bhudan Board about the irregularities in the Bhudan lands, they did not pay attention. He requested that this case be investigated by the CBI or ED. The bench, which said that no transactions should be carried out on this disputed land, issued notices to the respondents. The next hearing was adjourned to June 26th 2025.
