NOB- Gadwal news: A woman named Boya Anitha died under suspicious circumstances on the 16.06.2025 in Pathapalem village of Ketidoddi mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal district. The police arrested a man named Rangaswamy from the same village in this regard. DSP Mogulayya disclosed the details of the case while speaking at a press conference. Anitha and Rangaswamy, who are from Pathapalem village of Ketidoddi mandal, had been having an extramarital affair for the past few days. The DSP said that Rangaswamy, who noticed a change in Anita’s behavior in the recent past, suspected Anita and strangled her to death and made it look like suicide. The Ketidoddi police registered a suspicious case and started an investigation. When Rangaswamy was suspected, the police questioned Rangaswamy and he confessed to killing Anita. DSP Mogulayya said that Rangaswamy was arrested and is being remanded on 21.06.2025.
