NOB- Kadapa news: APPCC president YS Sharmila is continuing her bus trip in Kadapa district. An interesting incident took place in Duvvur on 09.04.2024. While Sharmila was speaking, some Jagan fans raised slogans. Sharmila called a young man from Jai Jagan’s group and gave him the mic saying if you dare come here and talk. She asked to tell why should we vote to Jagan. That young man named Obul Reddy started a lecture saying Namaste Akka and lifted Jagan to heaven. He showered compliments saying that since the party was launched, Jagan has been roaming for the people, he came for the people, listened to the problems. He praised Jagan for doing everything he said. Obul Reddy said that Jagan promised to give us justice after walking 3 thousand kilometers and he kept his word. The family of everyone who came here got welfare and Jagan Mohan Reddy was the reason for that.

Later, Sharmila took the mic and gave a rousing counter to the fans. “Has Jagan done everything he said? In the past, I also did a padayatra for Jagan asked to vote for Jagan. He said that he will bend BJP necks and bring special status to AP. Does this happened? The same Jagan Mohan Reddy said this too. Mothers, tell everyone that alcohol will be banned. I have promised every elder and every sister that if Jagan Mohan Reddy is the Chief Minister, there will be a complete ban on alcohol. Today, the same Jagan Mohan Reddy did not ban alcohol completely, but the government, that is, Jagan Mohan Reddy, is selling alcohol today. Even that alcohol is not foreign brands, the government should buy whatever it sells, and buy as much as it sells. Jagan Mohan Reddy doesn’t mind that 25 percent of people in AP have lost their lives due to kidney and liver damage after drinking this cheap liquor. Where did Jagan Mohan Reddy’s promises come true? in the liquor shop, Capital means, special status means, boom boom means, DSC means? All these promises are being fulfilled in the liquor shop, Mr. Jagananna! Why did you vote for this? Is it for this reason that Jaganan won?” Sharmila denied.
