With this, his family members informed the higher authorities. It is in this context that the police officials started enquiring about him. On the other hand, Constable Shruti, working at Bibipet police station, left for home on 25.12.2024 morning after finishing her duties. When she did not come home, her worried family members contacted the Bibipet police where she works. However, they informed that she had finished her work and left. However, a car and slippers belonging to Bhikkanur SI Saikumar were also found there. When a search was carried out in the lake in the dark on suspicion, the bodies of Shruti and another person were found. Another person was identified as Nikhil, who works as a computer operator at Bibipet PACS. It is not clear what happened to SI Saikumar as his phone was switched off. District SP Sindhu Sharma, who received information about the incident, rushed to the Adlur Ellareddy lake and collected details. However, Shruti, who belongs to Gandhari mandal center, is working as a constable in Bibipet. It seems that she was already married and divorced. Saikumar, who hails from Medak district, had previously worked as an SS in Bibipet and had come to Bhikkhunur on transfer. It seems that the two had met while working in Bibipet.
