Flour of wheat<\/td>As binder<\/td><\/tr>
Mridvika ( Vitis vinifera<\/em>) or grapes<\/td>80 mL<\/td><\/tr>
Amalaka jucie (Indian goose berry juice)<\/td>80 mL<\/td><\/tr>

Preparation method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By taking Pippali, Madhuka and sugarcandy paste of 10 grams each and add 640 mL of cow\u2019s, goat\u2019s milk and sugarcane juice and also add barley and wheat flour and Mridvika, Amalaka juice and sesame oil of 80 mL  and all ingredients should be cooked on mild fire. After cooling ,ghee and honey must be added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
