
NOB-Karimnagar news: They verified the attendance register, outpatient register, and other records. They examined the registration details of patients with non-communicable diseases at the NCD clinic and observed the manner in which medicines were being dispensed to them. They inspected the stock of medicines for seasonal diseases in the pharmacy stores. They checked the ILR (Ice Lined Refrigerator) used for storing children’s vaccines and its daily temperature records. While inspecting the IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) board, they examined the specimens displaying details about medicines for hypertension and diabetes. They interacted with the outpatients who had come for treatment at the primary health centers and inquired about the medical services they were receiving. They instructed that the re-screening of women in the Arogya Mahila health camps should be completed 100% and followed up. They inspected the cleanliness of the maternity ward and checked the availability of essential medicines. Similarly, they inspected the medicines in the pharmacy store. Reviewing the delivery cases with the doctors and staff of the primary health centers, they emphasized the need to improve the number of normal deliveries at the PHCs.
