NOB_Kamareddy: Two government teachers from Kamareddy district who participated in the Teacher Exposure Visit 2026 to Japan, met the District Collector on Wednesday and shared their observations on Japan’s education system.

The teachers – Pillamari Praveen Kumar, Physics teacher from Chinnamallareddy High School, and Indira, teacher from Kondapur High School explained the teaching methodologies, school management practices, and classroom culture they observed in Japanese schools.

They said they were highly impressed by Japan’s focus on student-centric teaching, discipline, moral values, punctuality, cleanliness, self responsibility, cooperative learning and practical based education. They noted that Japanese schools not only impart academic knowledge but also inculcate responsible behaviour, self control and social responsibility among students.

The teachers said they would share the useful aspects of the Japanese education system with fellow teachers and try to implement them in Telangana schools to suit local conditions. They said the exposure visit would help improve students’ learning standards.

On the occasion, they showed the Collector the certificates presented by the Director of JICE (Japan International Cooperation Center) for participating in the exposure visit and shared their experiences.
