NOB-Peddapalli news: A brutal incident took place in the Peddapalli district center in broad daylight while everyone was watching. A man brutally stabbed another man to death, causing the locals to run away in fear. The incident took place on 28.04.2025 afternoon at the agricultural market in Peddapalli district center. Polam Kumar of Appannapet village in Peddapalli mandal was brutally murdered by Velpula Santosh of Dongathurthi village in Dharmaram mandal with a knife in the neck. Upon receiving information, the police reached the spot and are collecting details. The accused along with a woman were taken into custody by the police and taken to the station.  DCP Karunakar revealed that the deceased Kumar had an extramarital affair with the wife of the accused Santosh. He revealed that the accused is being detained and interrogated. He said that more details will come out after the investigation.
