NOB-Hyderabad news: Revenue, Housing & I&PR Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy clarified that there is no difference between accreditation cards and media cards, and that all benefits extended to accreditation cardholders will equally apply to media cardholders. Meeting representatives of TWJF and the Desk Journalists Federation at the Secretariat, the Minister said there is no intention to divide journalists and that the government stands firmly with genuine and eligible journalists. He announced that necessary amendments to G.O. 252 will be made in writing after consultations with all journalist associations, including desk journalists, immediately after the Assembly sessions conclude.
