NOB- Rangareddy news: The High Court has made it clear that the sub registrar does not have the authority to register the assigned lands. Rangareddy collector has been instructed to file a criminal case against private individuals along with the registered sub -registrar, if it is found to be an assigned land. It is clear that the process should be completed within three months. At the survey 176/23 of Aziznagar in Moinabad Zone of Rangareddy district, Lakshmaiah has 33 pits of assigned land. In the wake of the conflict between the heirs, some have been transformed into non agricultural land. Others have filed a petition in the High Court on the sale of the land assigned. Justice Sevi Bhaskar Reddy’s bench was investigating this. It is said that both landlords can be imprisoned by six months in prison or a fine of 10 thousand. The current case has been investigated and ordered to take action against those responsible.
