NOB-Uttar Pradesh news: A terrible tragedy has taken place in Uttar Pradesh. Excessive speed has destroyed a family. Eight members of the same family lost their lives in an incident where a car went too fast and hit a wall. Two others were seriously injured. The accident took place while they were on their way to a wedding. It is sad that along with the groom, young children also lost their lives. Going into the details given by the police regarding this incident that took place on 05.07.2025. Suraj, a resident of Har Govindpur, Shambhal district, Uttar Pradesh, was engaged to a young woman from Sirthol a few months ago. The wedding ceremony was to take place at the bride’s house on 06.07.2025. Ten members of Suraj’s family left for Sirthol in a Bolero car for the wedding. The people in the car were joking, laughing, and enjoying themselves. Little did they know that in a few moments their lives would end abruptly. The car was speeding ahead. In this context, the car lost control near Jawanai village. It hit the wall of Janata Inter College hard. Immediately the car overturned. Five people died on the spot in the accident. The rest were rushed to a nearby hospital by the locals. Three more died while undergoing treatment at the hospital. It is understood that the condition of the remaining two is critical. The 10 people who were injured in the car accident have been identified as Suraj, Asha, Aishwarya, Vishnu, Manoj, Komal, Ganesh, Madhu, Sachin and Ravi. The police, who registered a case on this incident, have taken up the investigation. Now, with the death of 8 people from the same family, a shadow of tragedy has descended on the village.
