NOB- Rayachoti news: Rayachoti, the headquarters of Annamaya district, was suddenly shaken. The information that two terrorists have been staying in this area for 30 years has caused concern among the people. The Intelligence Bureau has identified that brothers Abubakar Siddiqui and Mohammed Ali, who are renting houses in the Kothapalli area of Rayachoti and are running a saree business, had hatched a conspiracy to carry out huge bomb blasts behind the scenes. Mainly, in 2011, they hatched a conspiracy to detonate bombs in Madurai during the Rath Yatra of BJP leader LK Advani. The plan was to detonate a pipe bomb during the Rath Yatra, but the locals identified it and informed the police. With this, the bombs were defused. The two brothers are also accused in the 1995 Chintadripet Hindu Munnani office bombing case in Chennai. They are also the main accused in the parcel bomb blast case in the same year and in the seven bomb blasts in Chennai, Trichy, Coimbatore and Kerala in 1999. There are also cases against them in the murder of Dr. Aravinda Reddy in Vellore, Tamil Nadu in 2012. They are also accused in the 2013 Malleswaram BJP office bombing case in Bengaluru. There are charges against them in the 1999 conspiracy to blow up bombs in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. It is said that there are up to ten cases against the two brothers in Tamil Nadu. The Tamil Nadu government and the Central Intelligence Bureau have also announced a reward of crores of rupees for their arrest. Terrorists Abubakar Siddiqui and Mohammed Ali, who escaped from Tamil Nadu, have been living in Rayachoti for 30 years without anyone suspecting them. They have married local women and are living in rented houses and trading sarees. However, Intelligence Bureau sources have found that behind the scenes, terrorist activities are being carried out vigorously. The IB has collected solid information that they are in Rayachoti. To catch them, IB officials have been staying in Rayachoti for two months. They have been roaming in disguises, selling snacks and keeping an eye on the movements of the terrorists and their houses. Finally, the houses of the accused were identified and with the help of the local police, the two were arrested and taken to Chennai. When the police and IB officials inspected their houses, it was learned that books and ammunition related to terrorist activities were found. It seems that some explosives and materials have been taken to the district SP office and the process of detonating them has been initiated. Annamaya district police are also investigating this incident.
