NOB- Naryanpet news: A wife brutally murdered her husband for telling her not to talk to her boyfriend. She murdered her husband and made it look like suicide. She brutally killed him by sitting on his chest and strangling his throat. Anjilappa (32) from Kotakonda village in Narayanpet district (mandal) on the Karnataka border was married to Radha from Rankishtayya Palli village in Dhanwada mandal ten years ago. They have two children. They came to Bachupalli in Hyderabad for a living. They are earning their living by doing daily chores. Meanwhile, Radha had an extramarital affair with a young man from Dhanwada. Anjilappa came to know about this. With this, Anjilappa warned Radha not to talk to the young man. Then they set off back to their hometown. Radha insisted that if she stopped midway and went home, her honor would be lost and that she should look for work elsewhere. With this, they returned to Hyderabad. She was working at an apartment in Bachupalli and living in a hut. On the 23.06.2025, her drunken husband Anjilappa strangled her while she was sleeping. She made everyone believe that her husband had died suddenly. She took her husband’s body to the village for the last rites. The family members who noticed the injuries on the body’s throat informed the police. The police, who registered a case, conducted a postmortem on the body. The postmortem revealed that Anjilappa died due to pressure on the throat. With this, the police suspected her wife and interrogated her in their own style. The wife Radha confessed that she had killed her husband. She said she killed him because he told her not to talk to her boyfriend. The Bachupalli police arrested her and sent her to remand.
