NOB- Madhya Pradesh news: A horrific incident has taken place in Madhya Pradesh that has left humanity in a state of shame. A 45-year-old tribal woman was gang-raped by some lustful men in Khandawa district. Then they inserted an iron rod into her private parts and tortured her viciously. The woman, who was seriously injured in this inhuman attack, lost her life. This incident brought to mind the Nirbhaya incident that created a sensation across the country. According to the police, a wedding ceremony was held in a village under Khandawa district on 23.05.2025. The ceremony was attended by people from surrounding villages as well as the victim along with her family members. She suddenly disappeared on 23.05.2025 night. Her family members and relatives searched for her but could not find her. On 24.05.2025 morning, some women noticed the victim lying in a very miserable condition behind a house in the village. As she had serious injuries on her body and was bleeding, they immediately informed the victim’s family members. They took her inside. She died while trying to explain the horrific incident that happened to her. When the body was taken to Khandawa Hospital for postmortem, the doctors revealed shocking facts. There were severe injuries on her body in several places and the doctors confirmed that her uterus had also come out. The victim’s family members filed a complaint with Roshni Chowki police on 24.05.2025 afternoon. The police, who registered a case, immediately started an investigation. Two people from the victim’s village have been detained as suspects and are being interrogated. It is learnt that the deceased has two sons. District Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Rajesh Raghuvanshi, responding to the incident, said, “We have prima facie confirmed that the woman was gang-raped. We have detained two suspects and are interrogating them. We will arrest the accused soon and take strict action.” This inhumane incident has cast a shadow over the village. The locals are demanding strict punishment for the culprits.
