NOB- UAE news:  On the occasion of Ramadan, the President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Mohammed bin Javed Al Nahyan, has granted amnesty to prisoners in the country’s jails. In addition to releasing 1,295 prisoners, he has decided to grant amnesty to 1,518 others, including more than 500 Indians. The country is eagerly waiting for Eid. In this holy month of Ramadan, the United Arab Emirates has announced the release of prisoners. In view of Eid, the UAE is giving prisoners in jails a second chance at life. This was announced in late February 2025. Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced the amnesty for the prisoners. Among the 500 Indian prisoners ordered to be released from jail, their families are filled with joy. These Indians will be able to celebrate Eid with their families this year, following the UAE’s order.
