A US biotech company Moderna has designed a vaccine which is yet to be approved by FDA as per the report in New York Times and claims that it is 94.1 percent effective when trials are done on 30,000 people even though having side effects like fever, headache, fatigue. For older people the efficacy is 86.4 percent and is showing same effects with normal people and severely ill people. The development of Bell’s palsy which is a temporary facial paralysis was also reported in one patient during trials.
