NOB-Kakinada news: A medical student died after accidentally falling on the train tracks at Kakinada railway station on 10.08.2023 morning. According to Kakinada GRP SI Ravikumar from Vijayawada. Satya Tanusha (24) is studying her final year of MBBS at NRA Medical College, Chinakakani, Guntur district. She reached Kakinada in Seshadri Express along with two other friends to participate in the conference at Kakinada Rangaraya Medical College from 10th of this month for three days. As the train was getting ready to alight at platform number two, she lost its grip and fell on the tracks. As the train moved slowly towards the port railway station, friends and passengers immediately alerted and pulled the chain. Even though the train stopped immediately, she was already crushed between the platform and the wheels of the train and died on the spot.
