NOB-Hyderabad news: A gun accidentally misfired in Hussaini Alam police station area of the city. Head Constable Bhupathi Srikanth was seriously injured when his gun misfired in Kabutarkhana area while he was sleeping after finishing his night duty.

The seriously injured head constable was shifted to Osmania Hospital for treatment. He died while receiving treatment there. Earlier, South Zone DCP Sai Chaitanya inspected the incident site.
