NOB- Bharath news: All the major telecom companies in the country have decided to increase the tariffs. Along with Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea have also increased their prices. The increased prices came into effect from July 4th 2024. This is putting a heavy burden on mobile phone users. In this order, the customers of the famous central government company BSNL are increasing. About 20 years ago only BSNL had the largest network in the country. But as new companies came gradually, customers left BSNL and went to other companies. Recently, telecom companies have raised their tariff plans and there has been a lot of opposition on social media. Meanwhile, the statistics that have come to light in Madhya Pradesh are astonishing. 1 lakh 15 thousand customers ported their SIMs to BSNL in just two weeks in Madhya Pradesh.
In Bhopal alone, 30 thousand customers ported their numbers to BSNL within two weeks. Recently dozens of customers are coming to BSNL office every day across the country. A team of a national media organization observed the situation in several states. Consumers told a media outlet that now we are switching to BSNL as the plans of other companies are expensive. Bhopal BSNL PGM Mahendra Singh Dhakad said that we are trying to provide a better network. “Customers are again favoring BSNL. We offer a plan for 3 months which other companies charge for one month. Even after the arrival of Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, the organization is going to strengthen.”
