NOB- Mahbubabad District news: Mahbubabad District Dornakal Police Station SC/BC Colony Road with the staff of the then SI Bhadrunaik was conducting a vehicle check while stopping a tractor coming from Lingala Road and while conducting the check, the tractor driver and the person sitting next to him tried to run away, they caught them and the tractor was checked, 150 packets of ganja in the back ( 300 kgs-worth about 30 lakhs) was obtained.

2)Badawat Surya, s/o Lakpatti r/o Bhadradri Kothagudem.

To whom U/Section 8(c) r/w 20 NDPS Act on 30.07.2024, Mahbubabad District JG P. Chandrasekhara Prasad was sentenced to 20 years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 2 lakh each. Mahabubabad District SP Sudhir Ramnadh Kekan IPS congratulated the officers and Court Duty Officer who showed the best performance in getting this conviction.
