NOB- Dornakal news: It is hereby informed that on 23.12.2024,Dornakal SHO B. Rajesh Inspector, G. Uma SI and his staff were patrolling in the Dornakal Railway Station area when a person was moving suspiciously with a bag and they caught him and questioned him and said that he had packets of ganja. Immediately, the ganja was seized in the presence of the police. When he was questioned in the presence of the police, he said his name was Kimudu Gopi s/o Simon, age: 25 years, occupation: Coolie R/o Gundrala Bailu H/o Duppul Vada village, GK Veedhi mandal, Visakhapatnam district, Andhra Pradesh state. He said that he had married a girl named Padma from Dishaiguda village of Malkangiri district of Odisha four years ago and now has a four-month-old baby boy. His wife died of illness two months ago. When the money he earned from the work he did as a carpenter was not enough, he contacted his friend Kilo Praveen Kumar to earn money easily and illegally. He brought six packets of ganja in a bag from Chitrakonda area of Odisha and took it to Warangal in Telangana. He handed it over to the person he had mentioned and told him to come there and give him money for it. He left the bag near Narsipatnam and went. He boarded bus on 22.12.2024 and got down in Rajahmundry and took a bus from Rajahmundry to Khammam. From there, he was going to Warangal by Satavahana Express train at 8 o’clock on 23.12.2024. On the way, the train stopped at Dornakal and the police checked him. He said that he felt like he was doing something wrong, so he got off the train and came out, thinking about how to get to Warangal, when the police caught him.
