NOB-Ragareddy district news: Police have arrested a gang selling children in Chaitanyapuri, Rangareddy district. Police said that the accused brought children from Gujarat and sold them in Hyderabad. Police caught the gang with the help of Malkajgiri SOT. Four children were rescued and 11 people were arrested. The accused have been identified as Kola Krishnaveni, Deepthi, Gautam, Savitridevi, Shravan, Sarada and Sampath. Nagavenkata Pawan Bhagwan, Rama Shravan, Vinay Kumar, Swathi and Ramesh, who bought the children, have been arrested. It was said that 11 phones and Rs 5,000 cash have been seized from the accused. Rachakonda CP Sudheer Babu revealed that they have been found to have sold children in Telugu states.
