Ingredients:

| Cow’s milk | 640 mL |
| Goat’s milk | 640 mL |
| Sugarcane juice | 640 mL |
| Flour of barley | As binder |
| Flour of wheat | As binder |
| Mridvika ( Vitis vinifera) or grapes | 80 mL |
| Amalaka jucie (Indian goose berry juice) | 80 mL |
| Tila oil (Sesame oil) | 80 mL |
Preparation method:
By taking Pippali, Madhuka and sugarcandy paste of 10 grams each and add 640 mL of cow’s, goat’s milk and sugarcane juice and also add barley and wheat flour and Mridvika, Amalaka juice and sesame oil of 80 mL and all ingredients should be cooked on mild fire. After cooling ,ghee and honey must be added.
Results: This is a good remedy for chest wound related cough and heart disease, dyspnoea when this is taken regularly as said by ancient Indian sages.
