NOB-Karnataka news: An Israeli tourist and a homestay manager were raped by unknown people at Sanapur Lake near Hampi in Karnataka. In this attack, a tourist from Odisha fell into a canal and went missing. Two other men were injured. Two other male tourists from America and Maharashtra were also injured in the attack by the assailants. The ones who somehow survived are receiving treatment at a government hospital. Currently, the police, who have registered a case in this incident, are forming special teams and searching for the accused. The police said the crime scene was 4 km from Hampi. The police have registered a case and are investigating. The incident has sparked international outrage as it is International Women’s Day.
