When 2.56 Kg of ghee and oil is cooked with the paste of sunthi (ginger) and triphala {Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis), black myrobalan (Terminalia chebula), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)} of 640 grams each along with adequate quantity of curd water and if taken regularly it helps in reliving abdominal related ailments that are caused by phlegm. So mostly suggested to be taken during or after fever and cold as said by Ancient Indian Sages.
