He will be declared a proclaimed offender as he did not appear despite being called for questioning several times. The Nampally court approved the Hyderabad police’s petition. However, the police filed the petition in January 2025 itself, but the lawyers objected. After arguments from both sides, the court gave its latest verdict. It ordered Prabhakar Rao to appear before the court within the deadline. If he does not appear within the deadline, the court will recognize him as a proclaimed offender. If he is declared a proclaimed offender, there is a possibility of confiscating Prabhakar Rao’s fixed and movable assets. If any of the general public recognizes Prabhakar Rao, it will be possible to arrest him.
