NOB-Patna news: A driver who was driving recklessly at high speed has caused the loss of a life. A woman constable has died in a horrific road accident in Bihar’s capital Patna. The accident took place on Atal Path near Sri Krishnapuri area. Going into details, the police are checking vehicles on Atal Path. While a team comprising a sub-inspector, assistant sub-inspector and a woman constable were checking a car, a speeding Scorpio car hit the vehicle being checked by the police. Three police personnel were injured in the incident.The injured personnel were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where the woman constable died while undergoing treatment. The condition of the other two is stable. The driver of the car fled immediately after the accident. The police have arrested two others in the vehicle. Police are searching for the absconding driver.
